    Red Ribbon Week: "Life Is A Movie, Film Drug Free"

    Red Ribbon Week is the largest drug-abuse prevention campaign in the U.S. The red ribbon is a symbol to raise awareness of the killing and destruction caused by drugs in America. GPMS is promoting Red Ribbon Week from October 21st- October 25th. Each day our students and staff will participate in dressing up in different school/ District appropriate attire to go with the RRW theme of that day. This year's theme is "Life is a movie, film drug free!"

    Student Council Beetlejuice Dance

    GPMS Student Council is hosting a Beetlejuice themed Dance on Friday, October 25th during school for our students. Tickets go on sale for $5 October 18th- October 24th.     Communities In Schools all in for kid’s raffle. From October7th until December 10th at noon. The drawing date is December 10th at 12:15 PM CST Our annual fundraiser provides vital support to families in need, ensuring that our students have the resources for a successful school year. Meeting their needs is our top priority, and with your help, we can make a lasting impact. Together, we can change lives! 10 entries for $25, 25 entries for 50 or 100 entries for $100 for the following items 2024 Toyota Tundra, Louis Vuitton Never full GM, $1,000 Amazon Gift Card, $1,000 Academy Gift Card, $1,000 Apple Gift Card, or $1,000 Lowe’s Gift Card. Communities In Schools (CIS) of Southeast Harris and Brazoria County is a partnership of two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, dedicated to empowering students to thrive academically, stay in school, and succeed in life.   •  Boys Basketball Tryouts

    Boys Basketball Tryouts

    Boys basketball tryouts will be held on October 30th and October 31st after school from 4 pm to 5pm. The after-school bus will be available if needed. Each player who is trying out will need a 2024–2025 physical completed by a doctor. For questions, see coach Hall or coach McCollough.

    As of August 26, 2018 all school districts are subject to the Commissioner’s new rules regarding the removal of a disruptive person from a campus. More information regarding this new rule can be found in Chapter 37, section 37.105 of the Texas Education Code, which addresses: Unauthorized Persons, Refusal of Entry, Ejection, and Identification.
